Just doing the last of my to do's today. I'm heading out on the 11:15 redeye to Heathrow. Myself, Rochelle and Michelle will be spending 9 hours killing some time in London, then onto Virgin- for another overnight to Nairobi. From there we'll be meeting Njoroge- the man who's gonna drive us 3 more bumpy hours up to Nanyuki. Sound fun yet?
First thing I'm gonna do:
Lay on the grass next to a tree for 1/2 hour - a little trick I learned from my Chinese Medicine professor for getting over jet lag, by grounding yourself in the new time zone- entraining yourself to the new rhythm of that place.
